Q: Do you only do portraits of dogs?
A: Not at all, we welcome every pet here at South & Paw.
Q: How soon can I receive my portrait?
A: After you place your order and we receive your photo, you should receive your proof in only 1-2 business days. Once you approve the proof, delivery times can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
Q: Can you remove my pet's collar or harness from the photo?
A: Yes, and in addition to collars and tags, I can remove snow, dirt, mud, etc., from the photo, please remember to specify in the additional requests box!
Q: Can you create a portrait of my pet for free as a preview?
A: Unfortunately not at this time. You can see examples all over the website, and on our Instagram @southandpaw
Q: Can I have a portrait without a name?
A: Yes of course, just let us know!
Q: Can I get adjustments?
A: Yes on digital files and on proofs, once your order has begun processing and printing, then we cannot make any more changes.
Q: Can I upsize my digital file?
A: Yes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what particular sizing you would like. We can make the adjustment for you for free.
Q: Can I put more than one pet on a portrait?
A: Yes, if you order a framed poster or paper poster, you can add a digital copy order to substitute another pet and we will add your second pet into your physical frame or poster order. Of course we will send you proofs so you can rest assured that you are 100% satisfied before we begin processing.
Q: Do you do portraits of pets with their humans?
A: Not at the moment, we are looking into providing this option.
